Ordering and Shipping Process
Once you have decided which print(s) you would like to order and have read the "Options" page and the policies on this page, please go to the "Order Prints" page, where thumbnails of each available image are displayed. Click on the desired image and select your size and mounting from the drop-down menu.
Then proceed to your shopping cart and checkout to complete the ordering process. I ship via UPS, which means you must provide a physical address, not a P.O. box, and I require a signature to make sure you have a chance to inspect the package before accepting delivery. US SHIPPING IS FREE. At this time I'm able to accept orders from US addresses only, but I'm working on trying to accommodate Canadian purchasers.
In-stock prints are normally shipped on the next business day after I receive your paid order. I will send you a tracking number.
Special order prints are custom printed and mounted by a professional lab and shipped to me. This part of the process usually takes about a week, a little more for plak-mounted pieces. When I get the finished print, I inspect it carefully to make sure it's perfect, and then I sign it and ship it off to you; I normally ship prints the business day after they're delivered to me. I will send you a tracking number.
If within five days of delivery you discover that there's a defect in the materials used to produce your print, please contact me to explain the problem before returning the item. If I approve a return, I will replace the defective item with one identical item, once I have received the returned item undamaged and in its original packaging. I will refund your return shipping charges; please use a shipper that provides tracking information. Please also note that the lead time begins when I receive the returned item, not when you send it.
I do not accept returns for any other reason, period. If your package is damaged in shipment, please don't accept delivery until you have verified that your prints are undamaged.
